Catherine Of Sheridan Square, with dark rum, Tia Maria coffee liqueur, light cream, coffee and crushed ice. Also lists similar drink recipes.

Ingredients

1 1/2 oz dark rum
1/2 oz Tia Maria coffee liqueur
1 oz light cream
4 oz cold coffee
crushed ice

Method

Pour all of the ingredients into an Irish coffee glass filled with crushed ice. Stir well.
