Strawberry Dawn, with gin, cream of coconut, strawberries and mint. Also lists similar drink recipes.

Ingredients

1 oz gin
1 oz cream of coconut
1/3 cup frozen strawberries
1 mint sprig

Method

Blend all ingredients (except mint sprig) with 1 cup of crushed ice in an electric blender at a high speed. Pour into a cocktail glass, add the sprig of mint, and serve.
